29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: a) 475 S Henderson Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406, Fabrication area - On or about January 18, 2024, employees performing abrasive cutting on natural and engineered stone countertops did not wear appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to possible flying particles. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
