29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about December 12, 2023, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 17 feet (one story) while working in a hoist area at the edge of the roof deck. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
