29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) On or about 12/05/2023 - Lot #182 14715 Sandy Pines Drive, Moundville, AL, an employee engaged in roofing activities did not recognize the fall hazards. Mr. Jesus Adolfo Medina was previously cited for a repeat-serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1676176, citation number 2, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on 08/17/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #97 Sussex Road, Margaret, AL. Mr. Jesus Adolfo Medina was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518783, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on 05/19/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1070 Mountain Laurel Circle, Moody, AL.
