29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Jobsite: 22 Wolf St. Philadelphia, PA 19148 - On or about November 24, 2023, the employer did not provide effective training for an employee conducting framing activities from a working platform inside the elevator shaft of a two story commercial building, and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet, in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards.
