29 CFR 1910.147(d)(5)(i): All potentially hazardous stored or residual energy was not relieved, disconnected, restrained or otherwise rendered safe after the application of lockout or tagout devices to energy isolating devices: On or about November 12, 2023, in Plant #3, employees performed servicing and maintenance activities on equipment such as, but not limited to the Thiele Bag Placer, Serial #7138A110. Stored energy such as, but not limited to pneumatic energy was not relieved, disconnected, restrained, and otherwise rendered safe.
