29 CFR 1960.8(a): The Agency head did not furnish employment and a place of employment to each employee that were free from recognized hazards that caused or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm: (a) On or about November 17, 2023, and at times prior thereto, Willamette National Cemetery, employees were exposed to occupational injury and illness when operating and working adjacent to a John Deere 328 E Skid Steer, PIN#*1T0328EMAEE271043* (WNC-907-704) which was not marked to identify the attachments and show the approximate weight of the truck and attachment combination at maximum elevation with load laterally centered: Abatement Note: Among other methods a generally recognized means of abetment would be to: (a) Obtain approval and an updated name plate from the manufacturer.
