29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2)(i)(A): The exposure determination did not include a list of all job classifications in which all employees in those job classifications had occupational exposure: a) Northbrook Behavioral Health: The Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control plan did not include an exposure determination for employees who job task exposed them to blood or other potentially infectious materials, such as, but not limited to, Mental Health Associates. Employees are exposed to body fluids when bitten by patients when doing restraints, on or about 11/7/2024. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
