29 CFR 1910.95(i)(2)(ii)(A): The employer did not ensure that hearing protectors are worn by any employee who is exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels or greater and has not yet had a baseline audiogram established pursuant to 29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(ii): At a worksite located at 12149 Hartville Road, Licking, MO: The employer failed to protect employees from occupational noise hazards. This was most recently demonstrated on or about December 7, 2023, and at times prior to when employees working with equipment including but not limited to edgers and saws were exposed to occupational noises. Employees were exposed to noises in excess of the 8-hour time-weighted average and the employer had not ensured employees were wearing hearing protection, nor had they established baseline audiograms for those employees.
