29 CFR 1910.269(d)(6)(ii): The machine or equipment was not turned off or shut down using the procedures established for the machine or equipment. An orderly shutdown was not used to avoid any additional or increased hazards to employees as a result of the equipment stoppage: a. At Florida Power and Light's Sunshine Solar Power Farm, located at 8690 Hogan Road in Live Oak Florida: On or about October 23, 2023, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards, in that the #10 inverter was not shut down using the employer's established procedures.
