29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. (a) 3008 Penns Valley Road, Centre Hall, PA; Celery Line, outside at the rake - On or about October 25, 2023, employees walked on the vibrating conveyor and climbed over the celery pile and a safe means to access and egress the celery trailer was not provided. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
