29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 234 N. Gay St., Auburn AL. - Mechanical Room; On September 26, 2023 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to potential head injuries in that the employer failed to provide employees working on a live electrical cabinet head protection when there was potential for an arc flash and/or electrical shock.
