29 CFR 1915.115(c)(2):The posted safe working loads of mobile crawler or truck cranes were exceeded. (a) (a) Flat deck barge #4, Sumitomo SC 800 crawler crane: On or about 9/19/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to roll-over hazards and drowning, in that the safe working loads were exceeded causing the crane to flip over into a body of water.
