29 CFR 1910.141(d)(1): Washing facilities were not maintained in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about September 12, 2023, employees were exposed to health hazards due to unsanitary conditions in that the drain from the sink in the women's bathroom had become disconnected or broken and the wastewater was running down the inside of the wall.
