(a)Ring-neck Energy & Feed, LLC dba Ringneck Energy LLC at 901 Redwood Avenue in Onida, SD 57564: On or about and at times prior to July 9, 2023, the employer did document that the beer column complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. This condition exposed employees to explosion and fire hazards. (b)Ring-neck Energy & Feed, LLC dba Ringneck Energy LLC at 901 Redwood Avenue in Onida, SD 57564: On or about and at times prior to July 9, 2023, the employer did document that the rectifier column complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. This condition exposed employees to explosion and fire hazards.
