29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas. Location - 61 Dunster Road, Bedford, MA. On or about August 23, 2023, eight employees were exposed to debris, trash, protruding nails that had not been removed from work area.
