29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take: The employer did not protect employees from electrical hazards. This was most recently documented at a worksite, at or near 8770 Grain Bin Road on August 21, 2023. The employer did not ensure the power circuit was de-energized before allowing employees to begin work or give instructions on the hazard and protective measures to be taken when working on live electrical circuits.
