29 CFR 1910.333(c)(7): Portable ladders did not have non conductive siderails if they were used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized parts. On or about August 14, 2023, employees were performing tree-trimming operations near overhead power lines while using an aluminum extension ladder, exposing the employees to an electrical hazard.
