29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1):Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): A) West side of Warehouse located at 121 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd, Pooler, GA: On or about July 26, 2023, the employer exposed employees to a struck-by hazard, in that the rear amber flashing light on a Nissan forklift was damaged. B) West side of Warehouse located at 121 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd, Pooler, GA: On or about July 26, 2023, the employer exposed employees to a struck-by hazard, in that the seatbelt on a Hyundai forklift did not function.
