29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: a) 18752 Harbeson Road in Harbeson, DE 19951 (Deboning area): On or about June 23, 2023, employees observed operating Hyster Walkie pallet trucks that were not maintained in safe operating condition exposing employees to numerous hazards including but not limited to shock/electrocution hazards, and missing guards.
