29 CFR 1926.1412(e)(1): The equipment in service was not inspected each month in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section: (a)Henry Carlson Construction, LLC at 1508 West 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105: On or about and at times prior to May 25, 2023, the controlling employer did not ensure monthly inspections of the Liebherr 550 HC40, 20-ton tower crane were conducted. This condition exposed employees and subcontractor employees to struck-by hazards.
