29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge: On or about 05/24/2023, the employer did not ensure that the warning line was installed at least six (6) feet from the edge when employees were performing commercial roofing operations with a warning line that was installed right up against the parapet wall.
