29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(A):Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by guard rail systems: 438 S. Callaghan, San Antonio, TX.: On or about March 25, 2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on an elevated surface with a 7-inch long floor edge that was not protected by a guardrail system.
