29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: (a) On or about March 29, 2023, and dates prior, training was not provided to affected personnel in the recognition of hazardous energy sources, the type of energy sources and the use of the written energy control procedures associated with machines/equipment, including but not limited to fluid delivery systems, HVAC systems, air compressor systems, hydraulic vehicle lifts, tire changing machines, forklifts, paint booths as well as other equipment and systems.
