29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(G): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in the fork and attachment adaptation, operation, and use limitations: a) 900 Kriner Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202 - Employees were operating powered industrial trucks with attachments including, but not limited to, paper roll clamps, and were not given training that matched the manufacturer's operator's guide for the limitations and use of the papers roll clamps, on or about on or about March 24, 2023. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photograph or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
