29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s) Global Precision Parts, Inc., on or about March 1, 2023, at the address of 13060 State Route 287 East Liberty, OH 43319: The employer failed to ensure that employees were not positioned under a suspended load. An employee positioned under a suspended load hoisted bundles of brass bar stock with an overhead crane and slings from a flatbed semi-truck trailer to the staging area. The employee operating in this condition was exposed to struck-by hazards.
