29 CFR 1910.125(e)(4)(ii):Rags and other material contaminated with liquids from dipping or coating operations were not placed in approved waste cans immediately after use: On or about October 18, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees routinely disposed of used rags and paper towels that had been used while cleaning parts with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, methyl ethyl ketone and isopropyl alcohol in unapproved trash cans. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with hazardous chemical disposal.
