29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(A):Retraining was not provided for authorized and affected employees when there was a change in their job assignments, a change in machines, equipment or processes that presented a new hazard, or when there was a change in the energy control procedures; On or about February 21, 2023 the employer did not ensure that employees had received retraining when new equipment to which employees were tasked with service and maintenance on was put into the facility. Employees were tasked with performing service and maintenance on the Wooden Wick production line without having received training or retraining on the control of hazardous energies. Hazardous energies present on the equipment include electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic.
