29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. The employer was failing to protect employee(s) from fall injuries. This was most recently documented on or about February 15, 2023, at 3915 S. 210th Cir. Elkhorn, Nebraska. The employer failed to assure that all guardrails were to be installed along the open sides and ends of the mobile scaffold released to be used to prevent fall hazards.
