29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: On or about February 3, 2023, an employee performing cleaning operations on the Feeder Auger located in the Extrusion Area was exposed to amputation hazards because the employer had not ensured the employee was trained in accordance with the standard.
