29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) On or about and at times before February 8, 2023 at 6514 Pelican Creek Circle RIVERVIEW, FL employees were exposed to electric shock hazards, in that, extension cords had been used as permanent wiring to run permanently mounted fans throughout the facility.
