29 CFR 1926.152(c)(4)(ii): Within 200 feet of each portable tank, there was not a 12-foot-wide access way to permit approach of fire control apparatus: (a): Texas Road House Construction Site, Fort Campbell, KY - East side of building exterior: On or about 1/18/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire and explosive hazards, in that no access was available to the tank.
