29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(1): The equipment was not inspected at least every 12 months by a qualified person in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section.: On or about January 9, 2023, at the job site, two lattice boom cranes used to lift a bridge beam, were not inspected annually by a qualified person. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards during crane operations.
