29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: On or about March 8, 2023, employees engaged in painting and sanding aircraft were required to wear respirators. Employees were exposed to aluminum dust and titanium dioxide in that employees were not fit tested prior to use of the respirators. (a) Employees wore N95 filtering facepiece respirators. (b) Employees wore 3M half face respirator with organic vapor cartridges.
