29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2): The employer did not train each employee with occupational exposure in accordance with the requirements of this section. WORKSHOP: On or about December 27, 2022, an employee cleaned blood from a table saw after another employee sustained partial amputation of two fingers. The employer had not provided bloodborne pathogen training and information to all the employees performing clean up procedures from blood and other potentially infectious materials at the Delta Unisaw table saw.
