29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(C): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for placement, removal and transfer of lockout devices or tagout devices and the responsibility for them: a) On or about December 10, 2022 , at the axle line, employees were performing servicing and maintenance activities on the lift table comprised of components including, but not limited to a roller conveyor and Southworth LS lift table; and the energy control procedures did not have procedures for affixing and removing locks on the electrical energy sources.
