29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) 401 Ogletown Road, Newark DE 19711 (Column C5): On or about November 29, 2022, CSHO observed access to the electrical equipment were not maintained to permit ready and safe access in that the space around the 240V panel was limited due the bollards installed measured 17 inches from the front of panel and the sides measured 20 inches from the side of panel. b) 401 Ogletown Road, Newark DE 19711 (Column C3): On or about November 29, 2022, CSHO observed access to the electrical equipment was not maintained to permit ready and safe access in that the space around the 240V panel. CSHO through visual observations determined that the guard rail system erected around column C3 was within 30 inches of the panel.
