29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: a.) On or about January 10, 2023, the employer did not have 3 feet of clearance on all sides of the tire rack spray paint booth. On the outside there were excess materials leaning against the booth as well as a black drum. There was a metal shovel, scraper, and racks on wheels, and items hanging on the side of the booth. b.)
