29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(iv): The employer did not ensure that employees who declined to accept the hepatitis B vaccination offered by the employer signed the statement in appendix A: (a)Housekeeping: On or about October 25, 2022, the employer did not ensure that each employee who declined to accept the Hepatitis B vaccination signed a declination statement. Housekeepers came in contact with blood and Other Potentially Infectious Materials (OPIM), such as a syringe, while cleaning guest rooms and are designated as potentially having exposure in the company's Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan. (b)Guest Services Representatives/ Laundry: On or about October 25, 2022, the employer did not ensure that each employee who declined to accept the Hepatitis B vaccination signed a declination statement. Guest Services Representatives/ Laundry workers could potentially come into contact with blood and Other Potentially Infectious Materials (OPIM) when handling bedding and other laundry and are designated as potentially having exposure in the company's Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan.
