29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) On or about October 26, 2022, at 12313 Kentbrook Manor Ln, Riverview, FL,33579 employees were exposed to an 18ft 11in. fall hazard in that, the ladder was used for a purpose other than for the purpose they were designed for, in that, the A Frame ladder was used to descend from the higher roof landing to the lower roof landing.
