29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Amazon.com Services LLC - PHL7 at 560 Merrimac Avenue in Middletown, DE 19709: On or about October 20, 2022 Amazon.com Services LLC - PHL7 employees were not provided information and/or training on hazardous chemicals that were applied by a contractor, which resulted in continued chemical exposure when an employee was required to work in the AFE Re-bin area in proximity to the application process for several hours and required treatment for the symptoms they were having.
