29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) On or about October 20, 2022, at the jobsite located at 344 West South Street, Oconomowoc WI, an employee was conducting tuck pointing on a chimney from a scaffold without fall protection, therefore exposing the employees to a 10.7 feet fall hazard.
