29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: a) On or about October 14, 2022, and at times prior, the employer, Pikes Peak Moving and Storage, LLC, did not ensure, that when using powered industrial trucks, only stable or safely arranged loads were handled. Employees were required to use powered industrial trucks to move large, wooden crates in an unstable manner and as such, were exposed to struck-by and/or crushing hazards.
