29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(v): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the standards contained in Subpart X: On or about 9/16/2022, at 8 Windsor Court, Palm Beach, Florida, employees were exposed to a 10-foot fall hazard when using a step ladder without receiving training to recognize and avoid the hazards associated with the use of this type of ladder.
