29 CFR 1910.102(a): In-plant transfer, handling, storage, and/or use of acetylene in cylinders did not comply with the provisions of CGA Pamphlet G-1-2008 ("Acetylene"): On or about September 12, 2022, in the Main Work Area, Acetylene and Oxygen cylinders were stored next to each other, without barrier. This condition exposed employees to struck-by and fire hazards.
