29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: (a) Family Dollar Stores, Inc./ Family Dollar Stores of Ohio, LLC / Family Dollar Operations, LLC / Dollar Tree, Inc. / Dollar Tree Management, LLC / Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. / dba Family Dollar Store #12671 on or about September 8, 2022, at the location of 4042 Warrensville Center Rd., Warrensville Heights, OH 44122: Employees were using cleaning chemical GS Neutral Cleaner Concentrate without the benefit of knowing where the safety data sheets were located. Family Dollar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.1200(h)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1290507, citation number 1, item number 4B and was affirmed as a final order on May 24th, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3238 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, OH 45044 .
