29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: In the production area at 21 Deer Park Drive, East Longmeadow, MA: On and before September 14, 2022, a medical evaluation was not provided to each employee, prior to being required to wear a full face respirator. Employees are required to wear full face, elastomeric respirators while engaged in the spray application of Gel Coat, a styrene containing material. Employees are also required to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators while entering areas where Gel Coat has recently been applied.
