29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3):Hand-fed ripsaw(s) did not have non kickback fingers or dogs designed to provide adequate holding power for all thicknesses of materials being cut: (a) On or about August 23rd, 2022, at or near 115 31st Street South Bismarck, North Dakota, for the employees who were operating a JET brand table saw (model-JTAS-10XL-1)(Stock- 708661) and were exposed to struck by hazards due to the table saw not having an antikickback device.
