29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a. Chiller Test Room - On or about August 15, 2022, employees testing air cooled chiller controls were opening control systems with 110VAC voltage to start and stop the process. Employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. b. Chiller Test Lab - On or about August 15, 2022, employees testing water cooled chiller controls were opening control systems with 110VAC voltage to start and stop the process. Employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
