29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: On or about August 11, 2022, the employer failed to provide training to include the health hazards associated with hexavalent chromium when employees were exposed to chromium (VI) when welding the stainless steel skins onto 42 inch plows in the muni cell. An employee that did part of this operation, tack welding for part of the day, was determined to be exposed to 0.6 �g/m3 of hexavalent chromium as an 8-hour TWA.
