29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii):The employer's certification of periodic inspections did not identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection and/ or the person performing the inspection. a.)Precision Compacted Components LLC, DBA APG-Sintered Metals-Wilcox- on or about 7/25/22. Employees at the facility were conducting service and maintenance activities on equipment with a general energy control procedure . A Periodic inspection was being conducted of the general energy control procedure. The certification did not include the machine, equipment, or employees involved in the inspection. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
